For this recipe you'll need: salmon, lime juice, brown sugar, sriracha, fish sauce, salt, ginger paste, garlic, and onion.
Whisk all marinade ingredients together in a small bowl then set aside. Add the salmon filets to a Ziplock bag and let them marinate in the fridge for 60 minutes
Peheat the air fryer to 400°F and lightly spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with non stick cooking spray. Place the salmon in the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes then check the temperature at the thickest part of the salmon. Remove the salmon at 120°F – 125°F.
Top with green onions, toasted sesame seeds, cilantro and everything bagel seasoning then serve with lime wedges
