Apple Pie Stuffed Cheesecake

For this recipe you'll need: apples, oreos, salt, spices, eggs, butter, flour, oats, sugars, lemon juice, cornstarch, cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream.


Whisk the Oreos, salt and cinnamon together in a medium bowl. Pour the brown butter over the top then mix until all crumbs are wet. Press into springfoam pan and bake for 10 minutes.

Make the Crust

Whisk the flour, oats, both sugars, cinnamon, salt and allspice together in a medium bowl. Pour in melted butter and mix until whole mixture is wet

Make the Streusel

Toss apple slices in a large bowl with lemon juice. Add remaining apple pie filling ingredients and toss well. Set aside

Make Apple Filling

Beat cream cheese then mix in sugar and salt, add vanilla, then mix in one egg at a time. Mix in sour cream and heavy cream until smooth and combined.

Make Cheesecake Mixture

Pour half the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Top with apples then the other half of the cheesecake mixture. Sprinkle the streusel over top.


Place cheesecake inside a large pan and add water. Transfer to oven and bake. Turn off oven and leave in for 45 minutes. Then allow bring to room temp for 2 hours then chill for 24 hours.


Make the caramel sauce then serve the cheesecake cold with warm caramel drizzled over the top.
