Whisk the Oreos, salt and cinnamon together in a medium bowl. Pour the brown butter over the top then mix until all crumbs are wet. Press into springfoam pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Place cheesecake inside a large pan and add water. Transfer to oven and bake. Turn off oven and leave in for 45 minutes. Then allow bring to room temp for 2 hours then chill for 24 hours.
