For banana bread bars with brown butter frosting you'll need: bananas, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, eggs, butter, rum extract and brown sugar.
Start with mixing the wet ingredients together. Butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and rum extract.
TMash the bananas in a separate bow. Mix them into the wet ingredients. A few lumps are fine.
Whisk dry ingredients together in a separate bowl then stir them into the wet ingredients. Do not over mix.
Bake the banana bread bars until a toothpick is clean or has just a few crumbs. Let the banana bars cool on a wire rack.
