Roasted Chili  Corn Salsa  (Chipotle Copycat)

For this recipe you'll need: corn, peppers, red onion, olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, lemon juice, salt.


Roast the corn, jalapeno, and poblano peppers for 25 minutes or until the corn is a light golden brown and peppers are turning dark with bubbling skin

Roast the Veggies

Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl the stir well to combine. Serve and enjoy!
