These Hot Chocolate Cookies are a double chocolate chip cookie recipe with marshmallow fluff, flaky sea salt and crushed candy cane.
For this double chocolate chip cookie recipe you'll need: cocoa powder, flour, vanilla, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips, espresso powder, eggs, sugar and brown sugar.
Mix dry ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl then set aside until needed.
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla and eggs just until combined.
Add dry ingredients until combined. fold in chocolate chips to the hot chocolate cookie mixture.

Add a little extra marshmallow fluff to the top of each double chocolate chip cookie if desired. Chill cookies for at least 1 hour. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
