For this Easter lamb recipe you'll need: leg of lamb, red onion, garlic, dill, salt, pepper, lemon, yogurt, mint, rosemary, thyme, harissa and honey.
Mix cubes of lamb with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Mix well.
Mix red onions with olive oil, garlic, fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, salt and pepper. Toss onions well to coat.
Skewer lamb cubes and red onion, alternating and leaving about 1.5 inches on each side of the skewer. Top with fresh dill.
Roast lamb kabobs for 10 minutes. Let them sit for 10 minutes to rest. This helps keep the lamb juicy.
When serving this Easter Lamb recipe, top with spicy herb sauce and harissa yogurt. Serve on top of naan or a pita.
