An easy Cherry Cheesecake recipe without all the work! These Cherry Cheesecake Bars are topped with Amaretto crumble!
For this easy cherry cheesecake recipe you'll need: Philadelphia cream cheese, eggs, sugar, cherry pie filling, butter, graham cracker, vanilla and amaretto.
Blend graham cracker to a fine crumb, add melted butter and salt. Whisk crust mixture until fully combined.
Bake graham cracker crust for 10 minutes or until it starts to turn a golden brown color. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
This easy cherry cheesecake recipe has a simple amaretto crumble. Mix all crumble toppings together until you have a larger crumble.
Beat cream cheese for 1 minute until smooth. Add granulated sugar then continue mixing an additional minute Add remaining cheesecake batter ingredients then blend until smooth.
Add canned cherry pie topping over the cooled graham cracker crust. This creates a yummy cherry layer between the cheesecake and crust.
Add the cheesecake batter over the top of the cherry pie filling. Smooth across into an even layer.
Add the amaretto crumble topping over the cheesecake batter layer. Small chunks and larger chunks are okay.
Bake this easy cherry cheesecake recipe for 40-50 minutes until slightly jiggly in center but set on the sides. Allow to fully cool before serving.
