For this French Onion Pasta recipe you'll need: rigatoni, onions, gruyere, parmesan, garlic, thyme, beef and chicken stock, fried onions and sherry vinegar.
Caramelize the onions until soft, medium to dark brown and sweet. This will take around 25-30 minutes.
Continue making the sauce with the sweet onions, garlic, fresh thyme, chicken and beef broth and cheeses.
