For this carrot cake recipe you'll need: carrots, pineapple, raisins, sugar, eggs, almonds, flour, baking powder & soda, spices, cream cheese, butter, vanilla & almond extract.
Blend all wet ingredients together including carrots, raisins and pineapple.
Whisk dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
Bake this old fashioned carrot cake with pineapple for 35 minutes at 350°F or until a toothpick comes out clean or with only a few crumbs.
