Peach Cobbler Pound Cake

For this recipe you'll need: butter, sugars, vanilla extract, eggs, peach preserves, sour cream, cream cheese, cake flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and peach slices.

Ingredients

In one bowl, beat together butter, sugars, vanilla, eggs, peach preserves, sour cream, cream cheese, and sliced peaches. Fold in the dry ingredients.

Making the Batter

Mix together flour, butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, salt. Leave the peaches out of the mixture for now!

Make the Cobbler Topping

Split the batter into two separate loaf pans. Top each with the crumble and sliced peaches. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Top with caramel if desired.
