Peanut Butter Cookies Dipped In Chocolate are the ultimate cookies! These soft cookies are easy and gluten free!
For Peanut Butter Cookies dipped in chocolate you'll need: butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla, almond flour, salt, peanut butter, baking soda & dark chocolate.
Mix brown butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and eggs together in a large mixing bowl.
Mix in the vanilla and peanut butter. Stir just until combined. Mixture will be sticky.
Add dry ingredients into peanut butter cookie batter. Mix until combined, do not overmix. Refrigerate dough at least one hour.
Scoop peanut butter cookie dough into 2oz balls then baked them in a 350°F for 18-20 minutes.
Once cooled, dip peanut butter cookies in chocolate. Top with pretzel bits and peanuts if desired.
