This Perfectly Spiced Pumpkin Pie is made without sweetened condensed milk and is so tasty!
For this pumpkin pie without sweetened condensed milk you'll need: pie crust, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, ginger, cloves, allspice, nutmeg, molasses.
You can make your own pie crust according to recipe instructions or buy a store-bought crust for ease!
Whisk together the pumpkin, brown sugar, heavy cream, eggs, yolk and vanilla just until mixed.
In a separate bowl, whisk the dry spices together until well combined. This helps for a more evenly distributed spice level.
Stir molasses into pumpkin filling. Add spice mixture then whisk until fully combined.
Pour your pumpkin pie filling without sweetened condensed milk into par baked pie crust. Bake 1 hour.
Allow pumpkin pie to cool then top with homemade whipped cream. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
