Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice

For this recipe you'll sushi rice, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, serrano pepper, spicy mayo, ahi tuna, and preferred toppings.

Ingredients

Whisk the hot water, sugar and salt in a medium bowl until sugar and salt are dissolved. Stir in vinegar then add serrano peppers

Add all mayo ingredients to a medium mixing bowl then whisk until combined. Add chopped ahi tuna and combine.

Shape rice into 2-inch rectangles then pan fry for 2 minutes then flip and fry until golden.

Top rice with avocado, the ahi tuna/spicy mayo mixture, pickled serrano peppers and green onion.
