For this easy whipped goat cheese recipe you'll need: goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest, honey, fresh thyme, salt, and olive oil.
Blend the goat cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, salt, honey, thyme, and lemon zest together in a food processor until you have a light goat cheese dip.
Preheat oven to 400°F then bake sliced baguette for 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Rub a garlic clove on the crostini to add flavor. Garlic pairs perfectly with the whipped goat cheese dip.
Serve your whipped goat cheese dip in a bowl, drizzled with honey or hot honey, surrounded by garlic crostini.
