Add all strawberry crunch ingredients to food processor. Blend on low until combined but still crumbly with small chunks
Set strawberry crumble aside until needed
Making the Strawberry Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F then lightly spray the baking dish with non stick cooking spray
Place the cut strawberries in a medium bowl then add the brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla and orange zest then mix well
Place the strawberry filling in the baking dish then bake for 30 minutes
Remove from the oven, add the strawberry crunch topping in an even layer then bake an additional 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and serve hot or room temp with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top
Notes
Crumble topping can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in airtight container in the fridge. Strawberry crumble is best served hot or warm. Let it cool slightly before serving. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! (optional)
