Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are filled with sweet nutty flavor, chocolate chips and toffee. An all-star of a Christmas Cookie!
For this Browned butter chocolate chip cookie recipe you'll need: butter, flour, salt, baking soda, dark chocolate, toffee bar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and flaky sea salt.
Start by making brown butter. Melt butter over low-medium heat then continue cooking until it's a medium brown color. Remove from heat immediately.
Start by whisking the dry ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl. Set aside until needed.
Mix wet ingredients together for brown butter chocolate chip cookies. Mix dry ingredients into wet then fold in chocolate chips and toffee pieces.
Scoop browned butter chocolate chip cookies into 3oz balls, place them on a parchment paper lined tray then chill for 24 hours.
Bake brown butter toffee chocolate chip cookies for 14 minutes then allow to cool. Top brown butter chocolate chip cookies with flaky sea salt.
