For this recipe you'll need: flour, sugar, butter, eggs, cinnamon toast crunch cereal, cream of tartar, maple syrup, baking soda, vanilla extract, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
Cream together the butter and sugar then blend in the eggs, vanilla, and maple syrup. Add in the dry ingredients until combined. Chill for 30 minutes.
Make the Cookie Dough
Scoop the dough into 2oz cookie balls, roll them in the cinnamon maple sugar and place them at least 2 inches apart on the prepared sheet tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes
Bake
Spread frosting over the top of the cooled cookies then top with cinnamon toast crunch pieces. Enjoy!
