Making Roasted Garlic Butter is simple and it has many uses! Learn how to make garlic butter & store it in the fridge to use for weeks.
To make garlic butter you'll need: a head of garlic, butter, salt, parsley, and chives.
Preheat oven to 400°F then cut the top off the head of garlic. Place garlic on a foil sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt then roast 40 minutes.
Squeeze the roasted garlic into a bowl with softened butter. Garlic will be mushy and come out easily.
Add remaining ingredients to bowl then blend with an electric hand mixer until smooth.
Use roasted garlic butter on steaks, rolls, garlic bread, vegetables, shrimp and more!
