No Bake Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones with cheesecake filling, strawberry compote and homemade Oreo strawberry crunch! So delicious!
For this Strawberry Cheesecake Cone recipe you'll need; cream cheese, strawberries, waffle cones, freeze dried strawberries, Golden Oreos, strawberry compote, powdered sugar and white chocolate.
Blend Golden Oreos, freeze dried strawberries, and salt until it's a fine crumb. Drizzle in butter and blend 5 more seconds.
Melt white chocolate in a microwave safe dish, stirring every 30 seconds. Dip waffle cone into white chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Roll white chocolate in strawberry crunch. Continue rolling until strawberry crunch mix is completely covering white chocolate.
Allow strawberry crunch cones to dry in a wire rack. Alternatively, you can lay them down on parchment paper to dry.
Blend Philadelphia cream cheese until soft. Add powdered sugar then blend an additional minute. Mix in vanilla, lemon and salt. Stir in sour cream. Beat heavy cream then fold in.
Pipe no bake cheesecake filling into strawberry crunch cheesecake cones. Top with additional strawberry crunch.
Serve Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones topped with strawberry compote. Add fresh strawberries or blueberries if you like!
