Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones are perfect for summer. These waffle cones are stuffed with strawberry compote, no bake cheesecake & strawberry crunch topping!
For this no bake dessert recipe you'll need: No bake cheesecake, strawberry crunch topping, strawberry compote, vanilla melting wafers (or white chocolate) and waffle cones.
Start with the strawberry compote. This strawberry sauce can be made up to 5 days ahead of time then stored in the fridge until needed.
Then make the strawberry crunch topping. It includes Golden Oreos, freeze dried strawberries, butter and salt.
Dip the waffle cones in the melted vanilla wafers, almond bark or white chocolate then into the strawberry crunch topping. Let them cool before filling with no bake cheesecake.
Mix the no bake cheesecake ingredients together then scoop the cheesecake filling into a piping bag.
