8ozdipping chocolate almond bark, dark chocolate bar or white chocolate
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F then bake flour for 7 minutes. Let flour cool
Cream butter, salt and sugars in a stand mixer with paddle attachment for 3 minutes until light and fluffy
Stir in vanilla
Mix flour in on low speed just until combined
Add milk only if needed, 1 tablespoon at a time. Dough should be soft but able to form into 1oz balls. Dough will stiffen a bit once chilled
Fold in chocolate chips
Scoop dough with a 1oz cookie scoop then form into balls with your hands. Transfer to a parchment paper lined baking sheet then chill 15 minutes
Melt almond bark in a double boiler or the microwave in 30 second increments. Dip cookie dough bites then transfer back to baking sheet. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt or sprinkles if desired. Chill 10 minutes before eating
