This epic and easy breakfast charcuterie board is the meal of your dreams for holidays and special occasions. A mix of breakfast breads, pastries, fresh fruit, spreads, cheese, bacon, eggs, sausage and smoked salmon, this board has something for everyone.
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Boil your eggs and cook your bacon ahead of time. Peel the eggs so they're ready to go
If you're making candied bacon, lay the bacon out on a parchment lined sheet tray. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar over the top of the bacon slices. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon chili powder, a light dusting of cinnamon and about ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes over the top then bake 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
Building the Board
Gather all your ingredients to one place
Start by filling small dishes with the peanut butter, yogurt or any spread or jam you're using. Place those on the board first.
Add each of the rest of the ingredient groups to the board, building around the larger items
Add any garnishes to the top then serve!

Buy whatever you can pre-made. This breakfast board is meant to be easy so don't stress yourself trying to use homemade items.
Make this board a day ahead of time, wrap it and put it in the fridge. If you're going to a baby shower, Mother's Day event or having this for breakfast on New Years Day after a night out, do yourself a favor and make it the day before.
Be creative! You can literally add anything you like to this board. Customize it with your favorite fruits, nuts, spreads, cheeses, proteins and breads!
Pick a color theme for visual appeal! Add pops of color because often times many of these items can be brown or beige.
