Add chickpeas, salt, tahini, harissa paste, harissa powder, ice water and lemon juice to a food processor or high powered blender on high speed until smooth
Drizzle in half of the olive oil while blender is on low. Pour hummus into serving dish then top with remaining olive oil

A high powered blender works best for this recipe, such as a Vita Prep. The more power, the smoother the hummus. If you don't have that use whatever blender or food processor you have. Using ice water is key! That helps give you an ultra creamy hummus.Make up to 5 days in advance and store in the fridge in an airtight container. Serve with pita, naan, veggies or on a chicken shawarma pita, falafel pita or rice bowl!
