Fresh peach and mango salsa is a refreshing summer snack, appetizer or topping. Eat it with chips, on top of salmon, tacos, chicken, shrimp and other fish! It's quick, easy and packed with flavor!
Add peach, mango, roasted red pepper, cilantro, red onion and jalapeno to a bowl and toss
In a separate small bowl mix lime juice, honey and salt then pour over peach mixture. Toss to coat

Pick out fresh ripe peaches and mangos. If they aren't in season, use frozen peaches and mangos. 1.5 cups of each.Fresh mangos must be peeled. Peaches can be used peeled or skin on.Use fresh lime juice, never from concentrate.
