School nights got you in a rush?! Try out these 5 Quick + Easy Dinners for weeknights!
My oldest daughter just started school, both my husband and I work full time and both of our girls are in dance classes. Needless to say, we don't have a ton of time every night.
Quick and easy meals that the whole family love are life savers during this time. It's not impossible to put a delicious meal on the table in 30 minutes or less.
Let me help you!
Big Mac Tacos
Homemade Big Mac Tacos are always a huge hit! These tacos have all the same delicious flavors you know and love from a Big Mac but even better!
Flour tortillas with toasted sesame seeds filled with ground beef, melted American cheese, special sauce, lettuce, pickle and red onion. SO GOOD!
These Big Mac Tacos come together so quickly and get devoured by adults and kids alike! They're one of our favorite dinners and will be made on repeat all school year long.
Gigi Hadid Pasta
Gigi Hadid Pasta is a spicy vodka pasta that is well worth the hype! Super creamy, spicy and a little sweet, topped with parmesan cheese.
Don't worry, if you or the kids don't like spicy food you can omit the crushed red pepper or just keep it on the side. There's also a substitute for the vodka if you're not able to have vodka.
This pasta is like comfort in a bowl. Something I could eat every day.
This Gigi Hadid Pasta recipe comes together really quickly and makes a great weeknight dinner.
Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme
Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme Recipe is one of the yummiest quick dinners to make! An even tastier take on a well known classic.
Flour tortillas stuffed with taco meat, a crunchy tostada, Tajin seasoning, cheese sauce, taco ranch, lettuce and tomato. The best!
These are surprisingly quick to make and I'm not sure if my kids or my husband likes them more!
Whenever you have your next Taco Bell craving, try making Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supremes at home!
The Ultimate Pork Burger
The Ultimate Pork Burger is a long time favorite. This recipe was inspired by a restaurant my husband and I visited in New Orleans, Cochon Butcher.
It's a pork burger with special sauce, onion, lettuce, American cheese and pickles. Similar to a pork Big Mac.
We're obviously fans of Big Macs in this house, haha. This recipe is super yummy though and gets made all summer long on the grill then all fall and winter inside the house.
This works so well for weeknights and can be served with chips or fries. I like dipping my chips or fries in the extra sauce!
Dorito Taco Salad
This Dorito Taco Salad Recipe will become one of your new favorites! This salad is packed with so much goodness and a homemade dressing so good you could drink!
Lettuce, taco meat, salsa ranch, corn salad, chili beans, avocado, red onion, pepitas, white cheddar, cotija and Cool Ranch Doritos.
The kids love this because well...anything I tell them they can eat with Doritos they love. And we love this because it's packed with flavor and comes together quickly.
The dressing can be made ahead of time and kept in the fridge for at least a week.
