Do you love strawberry season but you're not sure what recipes to make with all the fresh strawberries? I've got you covered!
Here you'll find 5 of my go-to strawberry recipes for strawberry season. They're mostly sweet but there is one savory recipe too!
If you enjoy these recipes, you can find more strawberry recipes on my blog by searching "strawberry" in the search bar on the top right of the home page!

Easy Strawberry Crumble
This Easy Strawberry Crumble recipe is quick and easy to prepare. It's a go-to recipe for strawberry season!
It's similar to an Apple Crumble or Apple Crisp but made with loads of fresh strawberries.
The Strawberry Crunch Crumble topping is made with Golden Oreos, freeze dried strawberries, melted butter and salt.
The combo of the syrupy strawberries with the vanilla cream strawberry crumble is nostalgic. Reminiscent of a strawberry shortcake ice cream bar!
This whole recipe comes together in a cinch! Top it with vanilla ice cream, cool whip, homemade whipped cream or my No Churn Honey Vanilla Ice Cream!
Strawberry Cheesecake Bars
Strawberry Cheesecake Bars are made with an Oreo crust, creamy vanilla cheesecake and fabulous a strawberry sauce. These bars are the answer to your cheesecake craving without the extra work!
Chocolate and strawberry is a long-time favorite flavor combo of mine. So why not put it together in a bar recipe?!
Dessert bars are such an easy bake. Especially when it comes to cheesecake. Cheesecake can be a little bit of a hassle with all the steps and the water bath.
Totally worth it, but not ideal when you don't have a lot of time or want something a little easier. These Strawberry Cheesecake Bars are a perfect way to use up your fresh strawberries and fill your cheesecake craving at the same time!
No water bath required for these bars!
Strawberry Galette
Galettes are one of my favorite things to make and this Strawberry Galette is no exception! Perfect imperfection.
A galette is supposed to look rustic and imperfect. That's the beauty of it. You don't have to stress, trying to get the crust rolled out just right.
A galette is basically an open-face pie. A cross between a pizza and a pie, if you will. Galettes are also fun because they are extremely versatile.
They can be made with a variety of fillings such as strawberry, apple, cherry, blueberry and even savory fillings like tomato, onion or potato.
This Strawberry Galette is the perfect way to use up all your fresh strawberries during strawberry season! Even better if you top it with ice cream.
I topped this Strawberry Galette with my No Churn Honey Vanilla Ice Cream!
Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie
Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie is a family favorite! It is a MUST every strawberry season...multiple times a season.
This pie is super simple with not many ingredients. Flaky crust, which can be homemade or store bought, a layer of sweetened cream cheese, fresh strawberries mixed with sugar and gelatin then topped with cool whip.
Easy-peasy.
My MIL introduced me to this pie, it has been a staple in her family for years and for good reason. This is one of my husbands favorite pies, if not THE favorite.
It's made at birthdays, holidays and all during strawberry season. If you and your family go strawberry picking, definitely put this recipe on your list.
There is also a peach version of this pie if you love peach season! Try out Peaches and Cream Pie!
Strawberry Summer Salad
Last but not least, a savory option! Strawberry Summer Salad is the ultimate strawberry salad.
Not only does it have fresh strawberries in the salad along with mixed greens, arugula, blueberries, avocado, candied walnut and feta. It also has THE BEST homemade strawberry dressing!
So fresh, so flavorful, I'm not kidding you when I say I could drink the dressing! It's that good.
The strawberry dressing is super simple. Just add all the ingredients to the food processor except the oil, blend, then slowly drizzle the oil in while the food processor is still running.
Just like that, you have an amazingly delicious dressing to eat with your Strawberry Summer Salad and any other salad you'd like!
